| No rotational CM | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU Jan 29: The former Chief Minister and Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad today categorically ruled out the possibility of a rotational Chief Minister between the ruling alliance partners.
Azad said rotational tenure for Chief Minister was an arrangement made before the formation of Cong-PDP coalition in 2002 only and the two parties followed it. However, when the present coalition was formed with National Conference no such agreement was entered into by the two allies.Ghulam Nabi Azad also said that he would not return to state politics before the completion of his tenure as Union Health Minister. |
