| Two persons arrested under Excise Act | | |
JAMMU NOV-09-
Two persons were arrested for carrying illicit trade of liquor by the border Police Jammu during raids conducted under the supervision of SSP Border Rajinder Gupta.
During a raid Samba Police arrested Harbans Lal son of Amar Nath of Bishnah under section 50 A of Excise Act while Keemti Lal alias Sonu son of Mohan Lal of Deblehar R S Pura was nabbed by R S Pura Police. Twenty litres of illicit liquor was recovered and seized from his possession and a case FIR NO 13/2006 under section 48 of Excise Act registered against the accused.
