ITI students meet Sahu, seek re-evaluation

JAMMU, Jan 31: On the third day today, ITI students continued their protest against the alleged discrimination meted out to them by the authorities at the top.
According to handout issued here today, the protests were led by National Panther Students Union (NPSU). Aggrieved students gathered inside the government ITI College and raised slogans. They were led by Hoshiar Singh Chib (President ITI College) and Jaspinder Singh. Students, according to the handout were protesting against the injustice in result of BBBT (Automobile) in which only six students out of 120 have been shown as passed and rest have been declared unsuccessful.
NPSU leader Sanjay Sharma later led a delegation which met Director Technical Education Anil Kumar Sahu (IAS). Sahu heard demands of students and assured them of getting the issue resolved within four days. Other who were part of the protest demonstration included Vishal Sadotra, Vishu, Narinder Kumar, Nakuldeep Singh, Shubham Singh, Ashwani Sharma, Sunil Sharma, Anil Singh, Rajinder Singh and Gourav Loach.
