FCI workers give fond farewell to GM | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU Jan 31: The FCI worker's Union, today organized a function to bid warm adieu to F. A. Khan, General Manager, Food corporation of India who has attained superannuation. Now, R. C. Meena taking over as his successor at New Godown. Rail Head Complex. The workers presented a rousing reception to both the diginatories by garlanding them. A warm farewell as well as welcome address was made by H. C. Sharma, Vice president, All India FCI worker's-Union and Choudary Jamait Ali, president, New Godown. Speaking on the occasion, the leaders of the Union appreciated the role and contribution made by Khan to the FCI organization. They said that Khan served the Corporation with honesty and dedication. He has been an asset to the organization and an angel for the workers. The leaders of the Union while welcoming R. C. Meena expressed hope to receive the same treatment from the successor. Speaking on the occasion, F. A. Khan thanked the workers union for their warm farewell. He thanked the workers for having organised such a grand function. He hoped that the same treatment will be meted out to R. C. Meena. R. C. Meena thanked the workers for their rousing welcome. He assured that he will try his best to fulfill the the left out work taking into care of the workers interest.
