| Militants shot dead civilian in Thanamandi area | | | JAMMU NOV-09-
A civilian was shot dead while another person got injured when armed militants entered into a house at Thanamadi area of Rajouri district today.
A police spokesman said that two armed militants entered into the house of one Gulzar Hussain resident of Pangai Top falling under Thanamandi Police station and shot dead his son Mohammed Amin.
The spokesman said that on hearing gunshots, one of his neighbour Fiaz Hussain came for his rescue and also suffered injuries in the attack.
After committing the crime the militants are reported to have fled away.
