| PDP youth wing protests functionary’s arrest | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 1: The student wing of People’s Democratic Party held protest demonstration against arrest of youth leader Dipu Chib, State Secretary youth by Gandhi Nagar police station.
Led by Riaz Atish Incharge student wing PDP, the students leaders were raised slogan against the police authorities and present government. Riaz Atish condemned the police action and said opposition parties leaders were harassed by police authorities and put them behind bar on illegal cases.
He warned the police authorities not to involve their leaders in false cases otherwise they will intensify their protest against Govt and police authority.
Among others who participated in the protest were Murtaza Khawaja, Parvinder Singh, Zaheer Choudhary, Niten Mahraj, Arun Gupta, Arjun Singh, Shatart Hussain, Javed Choudhary and others.
