| Romeo force flags off Sadbhavna tour | | | Early Times Report
RAJOURI, Feb 1: Indian Army under operation Sadbhavna organised an educational tour for children of Rajouri District.
According to the handout issued here today, the tour comprised of 23 under privileged children and two teachers from Rajouri district of J&K. The tour was flagged off by Commander Sector Rashtriya Rifles in a colourful ceremony held at Keri in Rajouri. The tour scheduled to visit Delhi, Agra and Jaipur is being conducted by a Rashtriya Rifles Battalion under the aegis of Counter Insurgency Force (Romeo).
Speaking on the occasion, Commander Sector Rashtriya Rifles while flagging off the tour stated that aim of tour is to provide young impressionable minds an opportunity to witness the development taking place in rest of India, to motivate and inspire them to work hard and bring prosperity in their region. Local population and civil dignitaries present on the occasion lauded efforts of the Army in providing these underprivileged children an opportunity of their life time.
