| Dy Chairman, LC relaxes rules to facilitate MLCs | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Feb 1: Following summoning of Legislative Council by the Governor on February 28, the Deputy Chairman, Legislative Council in relaxation of Rule 33(1), 62(1), 62(3) and 157 has asked the Members of Legislative Council to send the Business in the form of questions, Private Members Bills and Private Member Resolutions as per the calendar.
The last date for receipt of questions 12 starred and 8 un-starred is February 8, last date for receipt of Private Members’ Bills (two only) is Feb 8 and the last date for receipt of Private Members’ Resolutions (three only) is Feb 10.
