| Migrant employees delegation calls on Azad | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 1: A delegation of Migrant Teachers Welfare Association (MTWA) under the leadership of Rakesh Raina met Union Minister for Health Ghulam Nabi Azad and discussed problems being faced by migrant employees.
President of the association Rakesh Raina briefed Azad about the problems and submitted a memorandum. Association urged Azad to take up the matter of payment HRA/CCA arrears to the migrant employees drawing their pay at New Delhi with the J&K government since they are being denied both HRA and CCA.
Minister gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured that he would take up the matter with concerned authorities. Prominent among those who were part of the delegation included Bal Jee Marhalta, A.K. Lalpuri Sushil Razdan , Rajesh Bagati, Ramesh Padroo and Shuban Jee Raina.
