Narwal Double Murder case | CJM denies bail to attackers of star witness | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Feb 1 :- Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu MS Parihar today rejected the bail applications filed by seven accused who were arrested by the Janipur police on January 29, 2011 for attacking the star-witness namely Surinder Singh alias Kala in Narwal Double Murder case. In the bail applications out of seven accused, one is Egineer by profession, one is Zonal Agriculture Officer and one is student of MBA. CJM after hearing Advocates RK Kotwal, Mandeep Singh and Anil Bargotra appearing for the applicant-accused whereas CPO Pawan Khajuria appearing for the state and Sr. Adv Sunil Sethi assisted by Advocate Vishal Kapur appearing for the complainant Surinder Singh and referred the police FIR and the statement of the CPO observed that the applications payer for bail in the light of the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the nature of the serious allegations, Court is of the view that the applicants are not entitled to bail and dismissed the bail applications in common order.
