| Gaddi, Sippi Cong workers constitute body | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Feb 2: The All J &K Gaddi/ Shippi Congress Cell today held a meeting under the chairmanship of Devi Ram Lalhal, founder of Gaddi Sabha to devise strategy for addressing various issues confronting the twin communities.
During the deliberations, it was brought to the notice of chair that the cell has achieved a milestone by convincing G. N. Azad regarding long pending demand of political representation of twin tribes in State Legislature who had assured to deal with the issues at an earliest.
Meanwhile, the Gaddi/ Sippi congress workers have constituted a body under chairmanship of Hemraj Verma wherein P. S. Chauhan was elected as President, Tilak Raj, Sr. Vice President, K. C. Bhaudari, Vice President, Hem Raj Verma, general Secretary, Shiv Charan, organising secretary and Bodh Raj as Cashier.
The prominent members who took part in the meeting are Dr. Suri! Singh Uttam (State President), S/Sh. Jai Singh Chouhan, Vice President, Janak Raj Uttan1 (Special Secy.), Kalwant Singh Chouhan, Cashier, Joginder Singh Chouhan, Org Secy Man Singh, Sr Member, Kamal Singh Chouhan, Manohar Lal, Hari Ram Shippi (Chhatari), Ranjit Singh members.
