SRS to observe “Valentine Day” as Black Day | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Feb 2: Shri Ram Sena has decided to observe “Valentine Day” as “Black Day” this year. This was disclosed by Rajeev Mahajan, State President of the Sena while addressing a press conference here. He said that the Sena will observe this year’s Valentine Day on February 14 as “Black Day” to register their protest against foreign culture in the state. He said the Sena will not tolerate the foreign culture in the city of temples and appealed the people to cooperate with them. Mahajan also appealed the students’ community to wear black dress, as a mark of protest against “Valentine Day” and boycott the foreign culture in Jammu Province totally. The Sena leader said that people of Jammu should not to come under the clutches of foreign culture and all the Indians especially people of Jammu should try to avoid the such alien festivals in the interest of culture which has its own image around the world.
