| J&K Bank signs MoU with Ansal Housing | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Srinagar, Feb 3: In order to provide hassle-free housing finances to the people of J&K state, J&K Bank, the premier financial institution of the state has signed a memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with one of the leading housing construction company of North India -M/S Ansal Housing & construction Limited at the banks’ Zonal Headquarter at Rail Head Jammu.
The MoU was signed by Madan Gupta, Vice President J&K bank and Virender Kumar Mattoo, the Chief Resident Officer Ansal Housing and Construction Ltd.
With the signing of MoU, J&K Bank has become the preferred financier bank to provide loans to prospective borrowers for purchasing of flats at multi-storied flagship residential project of Ansals namely “ANSAL GRACE” located near Heritage Public school adjoining Sainik Colony Jammu.
Speaking on the occasion, Madan Gupta exuded confidence that the arrangement will go a long way in developing “flat-living culture” among the residents of J&K state and shall benefit both the parties in the long run due to increase in such housing businesses.
Mattoo thanked J&K bank for entering into such type of arrangement with his company and expressed confidence that J&K bank brand will boost the sales of the flats in their existing as well as future projects in J&K state .
