ACCF demands setting-up Judicial Commission
2/3/2011 9:58:21 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Feb 3: The Anti Corruption Commando Force (ACCF) has welcomed the arrest of Former Union Telecommunication Minister A. Raja and others by the CBI in the 2G spectrum case and demanded that a massive anti-corruption drive be launched in Jammu and Kashmir also.
The Chairman ACCF Ashok Sharma said that all the right thinking people and politicians with clean image should come forwarded in a big way and work for eradication of corruption at all levels by making it a mass movement.
Sharma stressed that all the CAG reports pertaining to J&K for the last ten years be made public and a judicial commission headed by a sitting High Court Judge or a retired supreme court Judge is appointed to take stringent action against those responsible for their wrong doings. He also expressed concern over non-submission of audit reports by various government undertakings for the last many years and suggested that the commission should go into it and fixed the responsibility.
