| Juniors give fond farewell to seniors | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu , Feb 5: The students of JK Montessori Senior Secondary School organized a farewell party here today. The party was arranged for the outgoing Class-XII students . A colourful bonanza of dances skits and farewell speeches were presented by Class XI students. Good luck gifts were given to all students with suitable titles. Ms Aastha Pandita of Class XII was given the title of Miss JKMS-2011 while Mr Sharad was declared Mr JKMS-2011. They were selected on the basis of their performance in a quiz competition organized on the spot where in it was informed that both the students proved all rounder academically and in other activities also. In his speech of gratitude and thanks, Saharad of Class XII recollected the past few years spent in the School. He appreciated the sincere efforts made by the teachers in importing the best possible subject contents such that hardly anybody needed any further private tuition. He thanked the management and the teachers for the wonderful love and knowledge showered on them. Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Mohd Ayub guided the students to utilize their time and energy to secure good result. He also praised the efforts of the staff of board class for their hard work. In his address, Prof Satish Anand, Vice Chairman of the school gave tips to the students for appearing confidently into the board examination and offered full support for the students for their career counseling after their respective exams. Addressing the gathering, Sanjeev Gupta, Managing Director of the school appreciated the efforts of the teachers for preparing the students in an appropriate manner for their ensuring board exams and gave blessing for their Board exams. Principal M.L Vaid also wished good luck to the students and extended a vote of thanks to all. Vice Principal Geeta Dixit was the over all Incharge of the entire function. Rajni Gupta, Director Academics also presided over the function.
