| PDP condemns grenade attack | | |
Srinagar, Nov 10
Minister for forest and senior leader Peoples Democratic party Qazi Mohd Afzal, General Secretary Peoples Democratic Party and MLC Nizam-ud-Din Bhat has condemned the grenade attack on a mosque at Tahab-Pulwama, in South Kashmir.
Expressing grief over the ugly and unpleasant attempt made by unknown persons, Qazi has appealed all the peace loving people and political parties to rise above and fight against such elements who are bent upon to jeopardize the ongoing peace process.
Bhat has asked district administration to enquire the incident effectively so that the concern culprits are booked under law.
The General Secretary, senior party leaders Ghulam Hassan Mir, MOS R&B Abdul Khalil Band, Syed Bashir Ahmad MLA Rajpora, Ghulam Hassan MLA Shopian MLC Syed Basharat Bukhari, former Home Minister Abdul Rehman Veeri, MLA Sartaj Madni and PDP leader Mansoor Hussain have expressed grief over the death of three persons and injured civilians and have expressed sympathy with the bereaved family. |
