| NC seeks decentralization of powers | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 6: National Conference (NC) Doda-Bhalessa appealed to the state government especially to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for democratic decentralization of powers.
In a handout issued here today, former MLC Mohammed Iqbal Bhat has stressed the need for democratic decentralization of powers. Bhat stated that decentralization is mandatory for involving people in opinion building.
