NC-led regime failed to bring transparency, accountability: PDP | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Feb 6: Lambasting National Conference led coalition regime for its failure to bring transparency and accountability in the administration, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) today observed that legalizing corruption and nepotism was only noticeable achievement of the two year tenure of regime headed by Omar Abdullah. Addressing a public meeting at Sanjay Nagar here this afternoon, PDP general secretary Thakur Balbir Singh regretted that present dispensation has betrayed people of Jammu and Kashmir. He remarked that during the last two year, government has failed to even connect itself with the common masses. Calling upon the party workers to educate people about the misdeeds of this regime, he said that government is Knee deep in corruption. He regretted that common masses in the state have been struggling while members of ruling coalition are using state resources for personal comforts. State secretary of PDP Falail Singh, Hussain Ali Wafa, R. K. Bali, Ashok Jogi, Rafiq Malik, Rajinder Singh Manhas, Rashpal Billowaria, Ajay Sharma, Ravi Salgotra, Dicky Singh, Anju Bhan, Kamal Sharma, Ravi Singh Jasrotia and others addressed the meeting organized by Sunil Saini.
