J&K Bank in quarters of All India Football | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Feb 6: The professional side of Jammu and Kashmir Bank today reached the quarterfinals outplaying Tamil Nadu Police in the pre-quarterfinal encounter of the Biswadas Mahant Memorial All India Gold Cup Football Tournament underway at Korba in Chhattisgarh. According to the reports reaching here, defending well amidst continued attack launched by the forward line, especially by Deepak, J&K Bank made it a solitary goal win. It was Kahlid Qayoom, who penetrated in opponent’s goal area and scored the all important goal. In all, 16 teams from across India, including Punjab Police, Jalisco Kerala and Mumbia United are participating in this tournament.
