| Soz calls on Antony | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Srinagar Feb 6 : The state Congress President, Pro Saif-ud-Din Soz Saturday evening called on Defence Minister, A K Antony, in New Delhi.
Sources said Soz took up the issue of killing of a youth in Handwara by the Army with Antony.
Talking to Kashmir News Service from New Delhi, Soz said, "It is highly regrettable that an innocent youth has been killed. I'm at loss to understand why Army fired upon him."
"Now Army has regretted the killing they should try to compensate the victim's family," he added. |
