| Dhoni fails to offer prayers inside the cave shrine | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Feb 7: Despite waiting all day long to restart his journey to offer prayers inside Mata Vaishno Devi shrine Indian cricket team captain MS Dhoni could not perform puja inside the cave shrine even on Monday.
Dhoni earlier arrived here on Sunday along with his wife Sakhshi Singh Rawat and fellow cricketer Suresh Raina to offer prayers but could not do so due to bad weather conditions.
After failing to make headway Dhoni and his wife returned to Jammu to board their flight Monday afternoon.
Official sources said continuous rain along the yatra trek forced Dhoni to change his travel plans. He stayed at an army camp in Reasi and returned to Jammu on Monday.
