Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) has welcomed the decisions of the state government to engage ITI trained unemployed youth as daily wagers and to enhance the existing wages of these working on need basis .According the Press release ,PCC spokesman has said that this will benefit a Large number of unemployed youth and over 13000 youth working in various capacities in the casual basis etc. This will remove the discrimination with these who were getting meagre wages despite principle of equal wages for equal work. Besides the decision to engage daily wagers to those offering land for PHE installations etc is also a welcome step and demanded that all such pending requests be considered at the earliest.
