| 10+2 lecture community discuss genuine issues | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu Feb 9: To discuss the different genuine issues pertaining to the welfare of the lecturer’s community and to aware the cadre of the hollow slogans propagated by the so called forum was held by the 10+2 Lecture here today. The matter of concern taken up in the meeting was the dramatic protest of the some of the lecturers today regarding the implementation of cabinet decision of the Cabinet in which it is mentioned that there will be one time exception of the incharge lecturers.
The cabinet decision says that if PSC does not complete the process of regularization with in the period of three months, then the matter will be discussed in the cabinet and not that the cabinet will straight way go for one time exception. So, there is no question of implementation of the decision which is not in existence. The meeting which was held under the chairmanship of Dr Kishore Sharama requested the lecturers to refrain form the misleading and futile exercise of the forum. He condemned the today’s protest as it has no relevance because of non existence of the cabinet decision of 29th march 2010 regarding the one time exception for regularization of all the incharge lecturers which is wrongly narrated by the forum for the reasons best known to them.
It also reflects the inefficiency and ineffective modus operand of the forum to make the incharge lecturers regularized and said the tall claims and achievements made by the forum have been exposed totally and 10+2 lecturers instead of getting their 40% quote of 10+2 lecturers for higher education, separate grade of senior lecturers, advance increments of M.Phill, Ph.D’s to the 10+2 lecturers etc.
Others who attended the meeting were Ram Parkash, TR Azad, Dr Krishan Singh Charak, Dr Amit Sharma, Ranjeet Singh, Dr Bhushan Shastri, Paawan Vivek, Lok Sevak, Dr Warris, Dr Shabir, Mr Kailiash, Miss Sonika Sharma, Avineet Sharma, Mohinder Kumar and Sandeep Sharma etc.
