| IPO presents pre-budget proposal to FM | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 10: Institute of Public Opinion (IPO) under the chairmanship of Arun Gupta presented pre-budget proposal to Finance minister Abdul Rahim Rather to cover general public interest.
Addressing a press conference here, today, Arun Gupta said that Institute of Public Opinion led his delegation of responsible citizens belonging to different shades of society to meet the finance minister and presented pre-budget proposal.
He mentioned that his proposal touches the interest of segments like industrialization, investments, public health care system, nutrition and mid-day meal, tourism and beautification, agriculture and horticulture.
Arun emphasized that since IPO presented their pre budget proposal for the first time and thus care has been taken to include maximum points of interests of the public. He further said that government should give Rs. 1000 monthly allowance to unemployed youth to rescue them from stress and strain.
Others present in the press conference were Manish Suri, Satish Anand, Vinod Sachdeva, Deepa Mattoo, Kulbhushan Gupta and many others.
