| Many professionals join PDP | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, February 10: A Large number of professionals-comprising engineers and management experts today joined Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the presence of senior party leaders at Jammu this afternoon. Party state secretary Fallail Singh has motivated these professionals to join PDP to serve people of the State.
Prominent among others who joined PDP included Anshuman Chopra, Varun Gandhotra, Rahul Gandhotra, Sachin Bakhsi and others.
Welcoming the new entrants into the partyfold, vice president Sardar Trilok Singh Bajwa said that PDP is a movement to address aspirations of the people of all the regions of the State. He said that joining of such a large number of professionals is a clear indication that progressive policies of this party have been attracting all sections of the society and people in large number coming to join PDP. He said that policies and programmes of the PDP were formulated by incorporating wishes and aspirations of all sections of the society.
Speaking on the occasion, Party general secretary, Thakur Balbir Singh, impressed upon the new entrants to work with dedication to serve the people. District president of PDP Jammu urban R K Bali, Rafiq Malik, Capt Anil Gour, Rajinder Singh Manhas, Deepu Chib, Vikram Singh, Riyaz Atish also addressed the function.
Other professionals who joined PDP included Sahil Gandotra, Apurb Anand, Vikram Sharma and Ajay Sharma .
