Kapoor further said the corruption starts from higher to lower and that is why the CM of J&K Omar Abdullah directed concerned authorities to aprehend the crocodiles instead of small fish and it is pertinent to mention here that the concerned authorities have swung into actions and the implementations of the instructions of CM started however some more and more cases of rampant corruption have been reaching to vigilance organization from the twin border districts Rajouri and Poonch where the corrupt officers and officials have beaten the records of 60 years past in doing corruption and the people expect that the corrupt most officers shall be booked under law of the land and the innocent people who have become victim of such evil may have a sigh of relief.
Kapoor appealed the Commissioner Vigilance Organisation P L Gupta to intervene personally into the corrupt deeds of senior most officers deployed especially in district Rajouri as such cases had already been expedited.
