With full backing and support received from all sections of people from Doda constituency irrespective of their caste creed or religion, Abdul Majid Wani got elected to J&K Legislative Assembly consecutively for the second time.
Giving a sacrificing model, MLA Doda was first to ask the district administration to demolish buildings of his close relatives, when the widening of the city roads was launched.
Wani further said that few elements in the society, supported by few corrupt officers, and often rejected politician in Doda, have launched vilification campaign.
They have not been able to digest the fast pace of development in all sectors in Doda district. With efforts of the Central as well as the state Government, Doda District has moved towards an historical era of peace, development & prosperity.
The said politician and his henchmen have a track record of befooling & looting public, even going up-to the extent of selling Dharmarth’s property in Doda district.
