| Technocrats join PDP, hail Mufti’s policies | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 11: Impressed by progressive programmes and policies of the party, a large number of professionals-comprising engineers and management experts, today joined Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Welcoming new entrants in the party, Vice-president Sardar Trilok Singh Bajwa said that PDP is a movement to address aspirations of the people of all the regions of the state. He said that joining of such a large number of professionals is a clear indication that progressive policies of party have been attracting all sections of the society.
He said that policies and programmes of the PDP were formulated by incorporating wishes and aspirations of all sections of the society. Party general secretary Thakur Balbir Singh, while speaking on the occasion, impressed upon the new entrants to work with
R.K.Bali, Rafiq Malik, Capt Anil Gour, Rajinder Singh Manhas, Deepu Chib, Vikram Singh, Riyaz Atish and others also addressed the function. Professionals who joined PDP included Sahil Gandotra, Apurb Anand, Vikram Sharma, Ajay Sharma and others.
