| Bangroo, Sham Koul felicitated | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu Feb 11 : A function was organised in the premises of Gandhi Memorial College of Education to felicitate M.K Bangroo, journalist and Member E.B, HESK, Sham Koul, journalist, in the field of journalism and Kuldeep Handoo in the field of Sports.
Director General of Police Kuldeep Khoda was the chief guest of the programme. The function started with the lightening of the lamp by the chief guest DGP Kuldeep Khuda, Anil Dhar, President, HESK, Sanjay Dhar, general secretary HESK and Prof Kusum Tiku, Principal GMCEJ also accompanied him. A bouquet was presented to the Chief guest by Anil Dhar, President, Hindu Education Society, Kashmir.
A colourful cultural programme was presented by the students of GMCEJ. It was followed by the felicitation of M.K Bangroo for his contribution in the field of journalism, Sham Koul for his contribution in the field of Journalism and Kuldeep Handoo in the field of sports.
