| Jammu congress expresses hygiene concerns | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 12: Leaders of District Congress Committee (DCC) Jammu (Urban) have expressed concern over unhygienic conditions in various parts of Jammu City and asked the authorities to take immediate steps in this regard.
General Secretaries of District Congress Committee Jammu Urban Mian Nazir Ahmed and Vijay Inder Khajuria along with team of NBCC toured various localities of Jammu City and took stock of work of laying of sewerage pipes. They visited Pucca Danga, Link Road, Pacci Dhaki, Julaka Mohalla, Jain Bazar and took stock of ongoing work.
Committee found that pace of work is very slow and there is dumping of mud and garbage in the lanes. DCC leaders urged upon the department to accelerate work and complete it on the shortest possible time, keeping in view hardships of people.
