| Mankotia lays foundation stone of Community hall | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Udhampur, Feb 13: MLA Udhampur Balwant Singh Mankotia today laid foundation stone of a community hall at village Baryal of Udhampur constituency.
A large number of people from surrounding village Baryal, Kashriarah,
Sail, had gathered on the occasion.
While addressing the gathering, Mankotia said that the estimated cost
of the project is Rs. 19 Lakh out of which he has released Rs 10 Lakh
from his constituency development fund adding that remaining funds for
the completion of community hall will also provided at the earliest.
Mankotia further said that with the construction of community hall at
village Baryal will not only benefit the local residents of this
village but it will be beneficial for the whole Bhagat Biradri of
Udhampur district since the community holds a religious congregation
at least once in a year on Kabir Jayanti at Village Baryal
