| Trauma centre for Banihal, Shaheen thanks CM | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
BANIHAL, Feb 13: National Conference leader and district Secretary Ramban Sajjad Shaheen has expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for sanctioning a Trauma Centre along with a critical care ambulance at Banihal besides sanctioning of funds for schools, electricity, roads, park and other schemes in the District Development Board Review Meeting of Ramban district.
He said that Chief Minister Omar Abdullah’s resolve for the development of hilly and back ward areas and steps taken by him to provide drinking water, electricity, proper healthcare, education facilities, road connectivity on priority basis will transform the
socio-economic scenario of the state especially majority of the people living in far flung areas. Shaheen further said that thousands of new schemes and projects have
been launched which will help to shape J&K as the most modern and prosperous state of the country.
