| Inter-college talent hunt held in R.M.College | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb14: R.M.College of Education today organized an inter-college talent hunt competition.
According to an official handout, those who participated in the competition included MIER college of Education, R M College of education, Sai Shyam College of Education, Handa college of Education, Galaxy college of Education, HP college of Education, Tawish College of Education, J K college of Education and B.N. College of education.
Trustee of the college Rita Mengi in her keynote address welcomed the chief guest of inaugural session Dr. Rajiv Gupta and threw light on the importance of organizing such programmes. Programme started with the lighting of traditional lamp. Prof. R. Sharma from department of Geography alongwith Wadera and Savita wadera from Art and Culture adjudged the competitors.
Chairman of the college Rameshwar Mengi declared the results. He also addressed the gathering and appreciated the efforts of the participants and congratulated winners. Later on, valedictory session was held in which prizes and certificates were distributed by Director Quality Assurance of the University of Jammu Dr. Kuldeep Sharma.
I. D. Soni from Bharat Scouts and Guides and R.K.Koul from IGNOU were also present among the special guests. Principal of the college P.K.Dhar presented vote of thanks while Sumeet Kapoor compared inaugural as well as valedictory session.
