| SSH protests Valentines’ day celebrations | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 14: To protest Valentines’ day celebrations, Shiv Sena Hindustan (SSH) today held a demonstration at Karan Market.
Raising slogans against the Valentines’ day celebrations, the irate Shiv Sainiks torched greeting cards.
SSH activists said that celebration of Valentines’ day is an invasion on our own rich culture.
They appealed to the parents of the youth to guide their children to respect our age old tradition. The demonstrators said that they will not tolerate the vulgarity and any attempt to westernize our society.
The demonstration was led by the senior leaders of Shiv Sena Hindustan including like Vipin Hindu, G.L Singh, Rajan Gupta, Krishan Salaria, Sanjeev, Rakesh Kask, H.K Sharma, Rohit and others.
