Mufti, Mehbooba greet people on Milad -u- Nabi

Srinagar, Feb 15: Peoples Democratic Party Patron Mufti Mohammed Sayeed and President Mehbooba Mufti extended their greeting on the eve of Milad u Nabi ( SAW) to the people of the state and the Muslim brethren in particular.
In a message the two leaders hoped that the teachings, Hadith and Uthwah ( Uswa-e Hassana) of the prophet is the righteous path for humanity to survive with peace and tranquility.
And Islam is the only way for peace in the world. "The Prophet gave us the message of compassion towards all fellow beings and hoped that these cherished values would continue to guide humanity for all times to come," they added.
Among other leaders who extended their greetings include Mohammed Dilawar Mir , Molvi Iftikhar Ansari, Mohd Sartaj Madni, Mohd Khalil Bandh, Ab Razaq Zawoora, Ab Rehman Veeri, Ab Hameed Kosheen, M Ashraf Mir, youth general secretary, Showkat Gayoor and others.
