JAMMU, Feb 15: A condolence meeting was held in the Academy Complex at K.L. Saigal Hall on the demise of Dr Satinder Singh Noor, a renowned Punjabi writer and Vice President Sahitya Academy Delhi who passed away on February 9. Tributes were paid to the departed soul by renowned writers, poets and other dignitaries.
Secretary Cultural Academy Zafar Iqbal Manhas conveyed tributes to Late Dr Satinder Singh Noor.
