| PHE employees extends gratitude to CM | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 15: The PHE employees Welfare Association today held a meeting at Jammu under the chairmanship of Thoru Ram Katal.
In the meeting, the Association unanimously thanked Chief Minister Omar Sahib and Minister Taj Mohi-ud-din PHE for passing their order for enhancement in the daily wagers of PHE i.e. at the rate of Rs 11 per day.
Speaking on the occasion, Om Parkash Sharma, President assured the members of the association that their talks are going on with the government and have full faith that all those daily wagers who have completed their seven years service will be converted into regular employees of the PHE and Omar assured that they will also considered sympathetically on the issue of 6th Pay Commission arrears and in near future arrears will be given.
In the meeting, Om Prakash declared that there are some PHE employees who are in connivance with the political leaders and have shown their strength at the behest of the employees of the PHE and got their personal benefits and warned the PHE employees to keep distance from these employees who are bent upon to get their personal motives and harass the employees and general public also.
Others who spoke on the occasion included Mohan Lal, Channan Dev, Khairati Lal, Asha Ram, Jagdev Singh, Chaman Lal, Sham Lal.
