JAMMU, Feb 15 (JNF): Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir in a contempt petition filed by One Om Subash Abrol has directed respondents to pass fresh order in issuance of grant of license for sale, keep and repair of arms and ammunition and place the same on record within four weeks.
Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir after hearing Adv M.A.Bhat for the petitioner and AAG Gagan Basotra for the state, perused the order passed by respondents said that order is cryptic and abuse of the process of law. Court added that before Robkar is framed against respondents, they are asked to explain their position.
At this stage, court said that counsel for respondents stated at bar that they be directed to pass order a fresh as per the law applicable. Upon this, Court observed that in the given circumstances, request made is accepted. Respondents directed to pass fresh order and place the same on record within four weeks.
