| HC stays recovery from SFC official | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 16 : In a petition filed by Muzaffar Hussain challenging the order passed by the Authority December 2, 2010 whereby Authority placed under suspension petitioner and directed to recover the money alleged embezzled by the petitioner.
Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir of J&k High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Advocate Mohit Sharma appearing for the petitioner and Advocate Ajay Abrol for the respondents, issued notice to respondents which was received by their counsel and ordered that in the meantime till next date of hearing and subject to objections from other-side, operation of impugned order so far it relates to effecting recovery from the petitioner stayed.
