| Two-day workshop held at SMVD University | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Katra Feb 17: “The strategic importance of human resources in creating a sustainable and motivated organization is supreme” said Prof. R.N.K. Bamezai in his inaugural address to Indian Forest Service (IFS) officers in the two-day workshop on “Creating a Sustainable & Motivated organization” here at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University. Ministry of Environment and Forests
Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Bamezai raised concern about three important issues in creating a sustainable and motivated organization– the human resources, the leadership and the effort towards overcoming fatigue and feeling of dejection amongst employees.
Quoting Harvard, IIMs, IITs, Metro railways, he underlined the importance of sustaining an organization which is continuously engaged in pursuing the highest standards of work life.
