| All India Muslim Andolan to launch nationwide campaign against separatists of Valley | | | ET REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 17: With Pak sponsored terrorists being exposed by none other than the separatist leaders themselves for killing of innocent people in the country especially in Kashmir Valley, the prominent Muslim organisations of the country have resolved to launch a nation-wide campaign against the terrorist and Hurriyat leaders.
The All India Muslim Andolan a premier Muslim organization working for the cause of the Muslims in India has taken an onus to itself to take on the separatist leaders and the harbourers of terrorism in J&K on the name of Islam to bring a bad name to Muslims of the country.
The organisation which is working among the Muslims throughout the country for their upliftment, social and communal harmony, will no longer tolerate the hegemony of few separatist leaders who are hell bent upon disintegration of this nation on the behest of Pakistan and the organization has decided to launch a nation-wide crusade against them.
According to national secretary of the Andolan Mushtaq Ahmed Noorabadi who is also incharge of the organisation for J&K though Muslims of India had never identified themselves with the separatists in J&K those of Kashmir are also now disassociating themselves from the separatists who have ruined the J&K state and destroyed its economy.
Accusing the Hurriyat leaders including hardliner faction chief Syed Ali Shah Geelani, Moderate faction chief Moulvi Umer Farooq and JKLF supremo Yasin Malik of sowing the seeds for the disintegration of the nation they said the trio are trying to create the 1947 type situation in J&K when the Indian Sub Continent was divided into two parts.
Blaming the trio of working on the footsteps of founder of Pakistan Ali Mohammed Jinah they said he (Jinah) divided India for his own benefit and not for the betterment of Muslims as a whole. Had he refrained from misleading the Muslims at that time the Indian Subcontinent would have not been divided and there would have been no Pakistan which is still fighting for identity crisis.
Malik while turning tables on the trio held them responsible for killing of tens and thousands of people in J&K in general and Kashmir valley in particular. However neither they succeeded nor they will succeed in their designs to disintegrate this great nation, he added.
He said it was due to their divisive policies that Indian Muslims is today being suspected and linked to terrorism and this is dangerous for them. Being the premier Muslim organisation in is incumbent on us that we should launch a nation-wide campaign against them, he added.
The need of the hour is that Indian Muslims needed to be apprised of the vicious and dangerous plans of Hurriyat leaders who are working on the dictates of Pakistan and ISI to disintegrate this nation, he said.
Malik who is in Jammu at present said he will meet the prominent Muslim leaders of the region and elicit their opinion on the issue. Besides he will also hold meetings with various social and main stream Muslim leaders of Kashmir on the issue. This has become necessary after the revelations made by Richard Hadley the mastermind of 26/11 Mumbai attack and former hurriyat chief Prof Abdul Gani Bhat as well as another separatist leader Sajjad Lone that top class leaders in Kashmir were killed by terrorists. Malik said time has come that the Muslims of India should join hands and expose the handful of separatists in Valley who are taking the entire nation to ransom. |
