PDP criticizes coalition govt | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Feb 18: PDP leader Shahzad Khan has strongly criticized coalition government for its failure to curb menace of corruption in the state. In a handout issued here today, Khan said that coalition government has failed on all fronts. He added that many of the important institutions like J&K State Board of School Education (BOSE), Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan are headless. Shahzad said that government has failed to appoint heads of these institutions despite education sector being termed as priority sector by the government. He further said that NC led government had already outsourced power and water resources and now the premier bank of the state has been excluded from its position as the banker of the state government.
