| Remand for studio owner | | |

Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu Sanjay Dhar has sent Digital Studio operator, who was caught by Crime Branch for supply porno material, to ten days police remand.
Source within the Crime Branch told News Agency of Kashmir, on the condition of anonymity, that the accused was presented before the court of CJM Jammu for grant of remand. The prosecution sought the remand on the plea that more investigation with regard to preparation and supply of porno material to the youngsters through the mobile handsets. |
