| TEJPUNJ Society organizes Employability Skills Workshop | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 19: Rendezvous - 2011, a ‘Workshop on Employability Skills’ organised by
TEJPUNJ Society and sponsored by Career launcher - Jammu, was kicked off at Jammu Club auditorium.
The workshop witnessed speakers from IIM-Bangalore, IIM-Ahmedabad, Mass Communication experts and other professionals from a cross the length & breadth of India, take up the issues like Work place Etiquettes, Self discovery through Psychometric tests. Interview handling skills, Self Management skills for the participants from various institutions On Jammu.
The Chief Guest on the occasion was R S Chib, Minister for Youth Affairs, Sports, Technical Education & Medical Education.
He appreciated the need for such programs in making qualifications worthwhile and lauded the efforts of the NGO TEJPUNJ in bringing such value added workshops to Jammu.
The Guest of Honour, Mohd Shafi Pandit, reinforced the need to conduct these programs on a regular basis, in order to bring the youth into national mainstream by making them employable.
