| Sprawling Buds holds inter-school taekwondo meet | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, February 20: The 6th Inter-School Invitational Taekwondo Championship, organized by Sprawling Buds School, concluded today with the holding of medal ceremony at the school premises.
Over 220 young boys and girls drawn from different schools participated in this championship held in technical collaboration with Rakwal Taekwondo Club.
In the concluding function, president Jammu and Kashmir Taekwondo Association, PC Sharma was chief guest, who gave away medals and certificates to the winners of different weight groups. General secretary of the Association, DN Pangotra and Principal Sprawling Buds School, Puja Sharma were guests of honour.
Prominent among others present were Rahul Sharma and Arti Sharma (both directors of Sprawling Buds School) as also Sumit Khajuria. Atul Pangotra NIS qualified in Taekwondo was observer in the competition. The championship was organized under the supervision of Gurinder Rakwal, president of Rakhwal Taekwondo Club.
