Early Times Report JAMMU, February 25: Additional Director General of J&K Police, K Rajendra today reviewed different aspects of the forthcoming 59th All India Police Games (Weightlifting Cluster) to be held in Winter Capital from March two to March sixth. Besides the technical part of the mega event, the high level meeting chaired by the ADGP, also finalized various committees set up for the smooth conduct of the biggest ever games hosted by the J&K Police. In the Weightlifting Cluster, there will be competition in the events of Wrestling, Boxing, Judo, Gymnastics and Weightlifting. The meeting which was attended by other senior officers, ADGP Security, Gopal Reddy, IGP Jammu, Dilbag Singh, IGP Armed and IRP, R Kotwal, also took the suggestions from technical invitees from J&K State Sports Council and other concerned departments. “The meeting discussed each and every aspect of the Games while giving final touch to all the arrangements besides nominations of different committees,” Sports Officer of J&K Police, Jameel Anjum told SAN. All the DIGs, SSPs and Commandants of various battalions of J&K Armed Police and IRP were also part of the meeting.
