| Tarigami to introduce 4 resolutions in LA | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, Feb 25: The State Secretary CPI (M) and MLA Kulgam, M Y Tarigami intends to introduce four resolutions in the ensuing Assembly session which commences in Jammu from February 28.
Tarigami will seek compensation for loses suffered by the state because of Indus Water Treaty, a judicial commission to enquire land grabbing in Jammu and Srinagar.
He also intends to seek extension of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) Act to the state and bringing the state out of the purview of Article 249 of Constitution of India.
