| Schools to reopen in Kashmir on March 1 | | | Early Times Report
Jammu February 25- The Government has ordered reopening of educational institutions including recognized private schools up to Higher Secondary level of Kashmir Division (excluding Ladakh region) and also those falling in winter zone of Jammu Division from March 1 (Tuesday), 2011 after observing winter vacations.
Any default in observance of the calendar of vacations so authorized shall attract action under rules, reads the order.
