JAMMU, Feb 24: BJP state office bearers, senior leaders, MLAs and other functionaries alongwith senior national leader today held a condolence meeting to mourn the untimely demise of wife of party state vice-president Sofi Yousuf.
Farooqa, wife of Sofi Yousuf breathed her last yesterday after suffering an accidental electric shock at home. Meeting observed 2-minute silence in the memory of departed soul and prayed to almighty to give strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
State President Shamsher Singh Manhas, Kashmir Prabhari Chander Prakash Ganga and other national and state leaders said that Mrs. Farooqa was a nice, patriotic woman who always extended help and gave encouragement to his husband for taking up the principles and ideology of the BJP in Kashmir.
