Speed up action over pending cases, demands JKPCC

KATHUA, Feb 26: Secretary JKPCC Manohar Singh urged district administration to make the fast and fair processing of the stone crusher files which are still lying in the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner Kathua for the last three months.
He said that the unemployed youth of the state started to establish their own stone crushing units but due to some objections it was stopped. He said that now the district administration should conduct enquiries immediately to take final decision in order to issue the NOCs or not, to clear the applicants of the crushers.
Administration should not use the policy of harassing these unemployed youth and must be clearly told that they can establish their unit. Youth have urged the district administration to encourage and boost the unemployed youth who applied for the NOCs to establish their own stone crushers at Kathua and their position of pending files should be cleared the legal stand of their files weather they can establish the crushers or not.
